2. Already up, not part of the 12
MQTT broker bridge-mosquitto 2.1.2 is healthy on 1883 and 9001. It does not increase the runtime count.
3. Do not start
- Voice/LLM 3001, AI LLM API 4001, Outreach 4002, Voice AI 4004, Growth 4005. No operator start contract.
- LLM Gateway 8080. Unconfigured. A failed probe is not an outage.
- The full-stack PowerShell boot, the sovereign-node starter, the port controller, and the monitor agent. They would start or restart services on this host.
- A second Next process on 3032. That port is already the production app.
4. Installer
The first-launch installer binds 7777, and its spine binds 7778, only on the machine where npm run start:installer is run from v1. This host is not that installer. Do not open it as a site link.
5. Not wired
OpenWA, Node-RED, and wizard NFT sprites have no entrypoint, health route, or start command in the live repo. Revenue stays unavailable until a verified payment exists.
